🚀 Last week, COSI – Civic Orientation and Social Integration organized the Digital Tolerance Training, which aimed to teach the participants how to use digital storytelling tools to promote inclusion, break stereotypes, and decrease prejudice.

✍🏻 The first day of the training consisted of a more theoretical part. The participants acknowledged how to combat discrimination and learned how to use CapCut and Canva as digital tools.

🎥 On the second day, the participants engaged in a more practical session, and created videos theme-oriented to raising awareness regarding the inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community.

🎯Trainers from Consorzio, which promotes the Flair4Inclusion project, along with partner organization Eurosviluppo, participated in the event alongside representatives of the LGBTQ+ community and students from the Cinema section of the 4th class at Piero della Francesca High School in Arezzo, a founding member of the Consortium.

🎬 On the second day of training, during practical exercises led by Prof. Elisa Bianchi and Dr. Chantal Bee, participants were divided into three subgroups. Each subgroup focused on one of the three key themes of the Orientation Toolkit, developed in the project’s initial phase and tested through this training. 💰The FLAIR4Inclusion® project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the 🇪🇺European Commission!

🕰 On January 29th 2025, the training of learners organised by Lexema was successfully carried out, effectively involving both theoretical aspects dedicated to an in-depth exploration of the storytelling topics and practical sessions, during which tutors and participants shared their knowledge about the most suitable, user-friendly, and freely available digital tools.

📈 Students demonstrated excellent preparation and strong motivation, achieving significant results and showing deep sensitivity and engagement with the topics discussed.

📣 In March, COSI – Civic Orientation and Social Integration hosted a session with 30 participants, where topics such as active citizenship, inclusion, and diversity were tackled, through the use of digital storytelling. 🌈 The toolkit developed as part of the FLAIR4Inclusion ® project was to be a valuable resource. It helped participants understand the importance of legal frameworks, diversity management, and the supportive roles that institutions and families can play—particularly in standing by vulnerable communities, such as the LGBTQ+ community. 💰The FLAIR4Inclusion® project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the 🇪🇺European Commission!
