The FLAIR4Inclusion project brings together COSI (Civic Orientation and Social Integration) from Romania, Consorzio Arezzo Fashion, and EuroSviluppo from Italy, and LEXEMA from Malta, in a shared mission to support the LGBTQ+ community. Focused on fostering inclusion and equality, the project uses creative and non-formal learning approaches to empower individuals. By combining innovative educational methods with opportunities for personal expression, FLAIR4Inclusion highlights the value of diversity, resilience, and ensures that every voice is heard on the path to a more inclusive future.
